The quality of endoscopic equipment was compared of the two groups , and the accident rate during the management of the two groups was recorded. Results In terms of cleaning qualification rate, sterilization qualification rate and packaging qualification rate, the observation group was higher than the control group, and the accident rate during the management period of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, the differences were all statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion Implementing refined management in the endoscopic instruments in the disinfection supply room will help to improve the management quality of the instruments and reduce the occurrence of accidents such as misclassification and loss of instruments.
