Abstract:〔Abstract〕 Objective To explore the emergency measures for patients with severe cerebral hemorrhage. Methods A total of 135 patients with severe intracerebral hemorrhage who received Pre-hospital emergency treatment in Suixi County People's Hospital from March 2019 to August 2020 were selected as the research objects, and they were divided into two groups according to whether pre-hospital emergency treatment was performed. 68 patients in the observation group received Pre-hospital emergency treatment, and 67 patients in the control group did not receive pre-hospital emergency treatment. The first aid effect of the two groups was compared. Results The total effective rate of observation group was 97.05 %, significantly lower than 74.63 % of control group, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). The incidence of complications in observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). All quality of life scores in observation group were higher than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). The mortality rate of observation group was 1.47% (1/68), and that of control group was 4.48% (3/67), there was no statistical significance between the two groups (P > 0.05). Conclusion For patients with severe intracerebral hemorrhage, it is necessary to help patients effectively regulate blood pressure during emergency treatment. After a series of interventions, the survival rate of patients can be significantly improved and patients can better recover their health.
