Abstract:〔Abstract〕 Objective To analyze the clinical therapeutic effect of paclitaxel liposomes plus cisplatin combined with radiotherapy in the treatment of patients with malignant tumors. Methods A total of 80 patients with malignant tumors admitted to Zhumadian Central Hospital from January 2018 to December 2019 were selected, and the patients were divided into a control group and an observation group, with 40 cases in each group, according to the treatment method. The control group was treated with cisplatin and radiotherapy, and the observation group was treated with paclitaxel liposomes plus cisplatin and radiotherapy. The clinical treatment effects of the two groups were recorded and compared. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 95.00%, which was higher than 67.50% in the control group. The difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05); The 1-year survival rate of the observation group was 90.00%, which was higher than 62.50% of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05); The complication rate of the observation group was 2.50%, which was lower than 22.50% of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05) ). Conclusion During the treatment of patients with malignant tumors, the combined treatment of paclitaxel liposomes plus cisplatin and radiotherapy is beneficial to the improvement and optimization of the treatment effect of patients, and is positive for the improvement of patient survival rate and the control of complication rate value.
