Abstract:〔Abstract〕Objective To observe the effect of bilateral iliohypogastric/ilioinguinal nerve block (IINB) combined with bilateral transversus abdominis plane block (TAPB) in analgesia after cesarean section. Methods A total of 89 cesarean section puerpera admitted to Lianjiang People’s Hospital from October 2019 to October 2020 were selected and randomly divided into group A and group B. Puerpera who received bilateral TAPB were included in group A (44 Example), the parturients who used bilateral IINB combined with bilateral TAPB were included in group B (45 cases), and the analgesic effect, postoperative recovery status, and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results There was no significant difference in the VAS scores of the two groups at 1 h after operation (P > 0.05); The VAS scores of group B were lower than that of group A at 6, 12, and 24 h after operation, and the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05); The first landing and exhaust time after operation in group B were shorter than those in group A, and the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05); the incidence of postoperative adverse reactions in group B was 4.44%, which was comparable to 9.09% in group A, the difference was not statistically significant (P > 0.05). Conclusion Compared with TAPB alone, TAPB combined with IINB is more helpful for cesarean section puerpera to reduce postoperative pain, promote postoperative recovery, and will not increase the risk of adverse reactions.
