〔Abstract〕Objective To observe the effect of liprorelin acetate microspheres combined with laparoscopic surgery in the treatment of ovarian endometriosis. Methods A total of 187 patients with ovarian endometriosis admitted to Shangqiu Baishi Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from February 2017 to November 2018 were divided into two groups according to the treatment plan. The control group (93 cases) was treated with laparoscopic surgery, and the observation group (94 cases) was additionally treated with leprorelin acetate microspheres for injection. Visual analogue scale (VAS) score, luteinizing hormone (LH), estradiol (E2) and follicle stimulating hormone (FSH) levels were analyzed before and after treatment. Results VAS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group after treatment, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). The levels of serum FSH, E2 and LH in the observation group were lower than those in the control group after treatment, and the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion Leprorelin acetate microspheres combined with laparoscopic surgery can relieve pain and improve sex hormone levels in patients with ovarian endometriosis.
