Abstract:〔Abstract〕Objective To analyze and study the effect and influence of different doses of estrogen therapy on the clinical prognosis of patients with moderate to severe intrauterine adhesions. Methods 58 patients with moderate to severe intrauterine adhesions admitted to Kaifeng People’s Hospital from January 2017 to January 2020 were randomly selected, and all were treated with hysteroscopic adhesion decomposition surgery. The patients were randomly divided into groups for postoperative treatment by drawing lots. There were 29 cases in the control group and 29 cases in the observation group. The control group was treated with low_x0002_dose estrogen after operation, and the observation group was treated with high-dose estrogen after operation. The prognostic results of the two groups were retrospectively analyzed. Results 3 months after treatment, the thickness of the observation group in the middle stage of endometrial proliferation and the thickness of the late endometrial secretion were greater than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05); The menstrual improvement rate and the uterine cavity shape recovery rate and total clinical effective rate, in the observation group (93.10%, 86.21%, 93.10%) were higher than those in the control group (62.07%, 55.17%, 79.31%), the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion Patients with moderate to severe intrauterine adhesions are treated with high-dose estrogen after surgery, the prognosis is good, and the symptoms are improved significantly.
