Abstract:〔Abstract〕Objective To analyze the clinical effect of anatomical locking plate in treatment of clavicular fracture. Methods 50 cases of patients with clavicular fracture treated in Changzhou Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from January 2016 to January 2020 were selected, and randomly divided into observation group (36 cases, treated with anatomical locking plate) and control group (14 cases, treated with traditional manual reduction)according to the random grouping method. Then, the treatment effect and wound healing of two groups of patients were compared. Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 100.00%, which was higher than 85.71% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05); The total incidence of complications in the observation group was 2.78%,which was lower than 21.43% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05); the rehabilitation time in the observation group was (1.84 ± 0.54) months, which was shorter than (2.15 ± 0.61) months in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion Applying anatomical locking plate in treatment of clavicular fracture can help the patient fix the bone at the fracture, make it in a stable healing state, shorten the recovery time of the patient, improve the overall treatment effect, effectively reduce the incidence of complications such as bone nonunion, and ensure the beauty of the patient's appearance.
