Methods A total of 74 patients with bronchial asthma who were admitted to Yueyang First People's Hospital from February 2018 to May 2020 were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group, with 37 cases in each group. The observation group chose the general treatment method of budesonide formoterol powder inhalation, and the control group chose the general treatment method. The statistical results of forced expiratory volume and forced vital capacity in the first second before and after the treatment were analyzed and compared between the two groups, Satisfaction and compliance with treatment of the two groups were compared. Results Before treatment, there was no significant difference in forced expiratory volume and forced vital capacity in the first second between the two groups of patients (P > 0.05). After treatment, the forced expiratory volume and forced vital capacity in the first second of the two groups increased to varying degrees, and the forced expiratory volume and forced vital capacity in the first second of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05); The treatment satisfaction and treatment compliance of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion Choosing budesonide formoterol powder inhalation medication for patients with bronchial asthma can help improve their lung function indicators.
