Abstract:〔Abstract〕Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of endoscopic surgery on chronic pharyngitis of nasal origin. Methods A total of 90 patients with nasogenic chronic pharyngitis admitted to Zhoukou Central Hospital from January 2017 to January 2020 were selected as the research objects, and they were divided into control group and observation group according to the order of admission and treatment, with 45 cases in each group. The control group received drug treatment, and the observation group received nasal endoscopic surgery. The total effective rate, complication rate and quality of life (GQOLI-74) scores of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). The incidence of complications in observation group was 6.67%, lower than 24.44% in control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). The GQOLI-74 scores and total scores in observation group were higher than those in control group, the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion Endoscopic surgery for patients with nasogenic chronic pharyngitis can improve the therapeutic effect, reduce complications and play an important role in improving patients' quality of life.
