Abstract:〔Abstract〕Objective To compare the effect of Sufentanil and Remifentanil in emergency operation of traumatic brain injury. Method From January 2017 to December 2018, 80 patients with traumatic brain injury admitted to the emergency department of the 990th Hospital of PLA Joint Logistics Support Force were divided into control group (40 cases) and observation group (40 cases). The mean arterial pressure (MAP) and heart rate (HR) before anesthesia induction (T0) , during intubation (T1) , at the beginning of operation (T2) and during extubation (T3) were compared between the control group and the observation group, the duration of anesthesia, extubation time, recovery time and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The MAP and HR levels of T1, T2 and T3 in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P < 0.05) , the duration of anesthesia in the observation group was longer than that in the control group, and the time of extubation and recovery in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group, the differences were all statistically significant (P < 0.05) , and the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Sufentanil is more effective than Remifentanil in emergency operation of brain trauma with less side effects and higher safety
