Abstract:〔Abstract〕Objective To compare the therapeutic effects of Clostridium butyricum double live bacteria powder and racecadol combined with zinc supplementation on diarrhea children. Methods A total of 92 children with diarrhea admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Nanyang Medical College from January 2019 to January 2020 were randomly divided into two groups by number table method, group A and group B with 46 cases each. Group A was treated with Changlekang combined with zinc supplementation, and group B was treated with raccadotrel combined with zinc supplementation. The efficacy, clinical symptom relief time, inflammatory factors [Interleukin (IL)-6, IL-17, tumor necrosis factor α (TNF - α)] levels and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results There was no significant difference in the total effective rate between the two groups (P > 0.05). The relieving time of vomiting, antipyretic time, recovery time of stool times and antidiarrheal time in group B were significantly shorter than those in group A, with statistical significance (P < 0.05). After treatment, the levels of IL-6, IL-17 and TNF-α in group B were significantly lower than those in group A, with statistical significance (P < 0.05). There was no statistical significance in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P > 0.05). Conclusion Changlekang and racecadotrel combined with zinc supplement have the same efficacy in children with diarrhea, and racecadotrel combined with zinc supplement has the advantages of faster reduction of inflammation and rapid relief of clinical symptoms in children.
