Abstract:〔Abstract〕Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Longzhu ointment on the wound after electrocautery of anal fistula and mixed hemorrhoids. Methods 68 patients with anal fistula and mixed hemorrhoids treated in Zunyi First People's Hospital from May 2018 to may 2019 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to simple randomization method, with 34 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine mixed hemorrhoid electrocautery, and the observation group was treated with Longzhu ointment on the basis of the control group. The wound depth and length, wound visual analog score (VAS), wound area and granulation hyperplasia were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. Results There was no significant difference in wound depth and length between the two groups before treatment (P > 0.05). After treatment, there was no significant difference in wound depth between the observation group and the control group (P > 0.05). After treatment, the wound length of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05); The VAS pain scores of the wound in the observation group were lower than those in the control group at 3, 6 and 10 days after operation (P < 0.05); The wound area of the observation group was less than that of the control group at 5, 10 and 14 days after operation (P < 0.05); The degree of granulation hyperplasia in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Longzhu ointment is effective in the treatment of patients with anal fistula and mixed hemorrhoids after electrocautery. It can not only accelerate the wound healing and reduce the pain of patients, but also inhibit the granulation proliferation.
