Abstract:〔Abstract〕Objective To evaluate the effect of oral implant restoration treatment and conventional oral restoration treatment for patients with dentition defect. Methods A total of 64 patients with dentition defect admitted to Changsha Stomatological Hospital from April 2018 to February 2020 were selected and divided into a control group and an observation group by lottery, with 32 cases in each group. The observation group adopted oral implant restoration treatment, and the control group adopted oral conventional restoration treatment. The efficacy of the two groups was observed and compared. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 96.88%, which was higher than 78.13% in the control group. The difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05); the complication rate in the observation group was 3.13%, which was lower than 18.75% in the control group , The difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05); after repair treatment, the observation group was better than the control group in terms of language function, retention ability, chewing ability, and aesthetics, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05) ; The total satisfaction of patients in the observation group after repair treatment was 96.88%, which was higher than 75.00% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion Compared with conventional oral restoration treatment Methods, the restoration effect of oral implant restoration treatment for patients with dentition defect is better.
