Abstract:〔Abstract〕Objective To explore the application effect of exercise rehabilitation therapy in the rehabilitation treatment of stroke patients. Methods 90 stroke patients treated in Guangzhou First People's Hospital from January 2019 to March 2020 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 45 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were given routine rehabilitation therapy, and the patients in the observation group were given exercise rehabilitation therapy on the basis of the treatment in the control group. The clinical effective rate and the recovery of muscle strength, motor function and living ability before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of clinical treatment in the observation group was 93.33%, which was significantly higher than 75.56% in the control group (P < 0.05); After treatment, the scores of muscle strength, Fugl Meyer rating method (FMA) and modified Barthel index score (MBI) of activities of daily living in the two groups were significantly higher than those before treatment, and the scores of muscle strength, FMA and MBI in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Exercise rehabilitation therapy can improve the clinical treatment effect of stroke patients, promote the recovery of muscle strength, and improve the exercise ability and living ability of patients. It has significant advantages over conventional rehabilitation therapy.
