Abstract:〔Abstract〕Objective To observe the clinical effect of bedside transabdominal color Doppler ultrasound guidance in the treatment of bacterial liver abscess by intervention combined with antibiotic injection and flushing. Methods A total of 72 emergency patients with bacterial liver abscess who received treatment from Pingdingshan Fifth People's Hospital from January 2017 to March 2019 were selected as the research objects, and they were randomly divided into a control group (36 cases) and an observation group (36 cases). The control group was given laparoscopic drainage and anti-infective treatment before and after the operation. The observation group was given the patients with abdominal color Doppler ultrasound guided downward puncture and pus extraction, antibiotic injection and flushing, and catheter drainage. Results The total clinical effective rate (100.00%) and complication rate (0.00%) of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group (75.00%, 2.80%), and the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion The bedside transabdominal color Doppler ultrasound can not only improve the clarity of the operation field and help the doctor grasp the condition, but also use ultrasound-guided percutaneous liver puncture with fine needle aspiration, drug injection and irrigation, and catheter drainage technology for interventional therapy. The operation is simple, safe and reliable.
