Abstract:〔Abstract〕 Objective To investigate the overall effect of color Doppler ultrasound diagnosis in patients with hepatic hemangioma. Methods 200 patients with hepatic hemangioma admitted to Qingxin District People's Hospital of Qingyuan City from January 2017 to December 2019 were selected as the research objects, all of which were confirmed by surgery and pathology, and all the research objects were subjected to B-mode ultrasound examination (control Group, 100 cases) and color Doppler ultrasound (observation group, 100 cases). To discuss and analyze the clinical application effect of color Doppler ultrasound on hepatic hemangioma disease. Results Among 200 patients with hepatic hemangioma, the diagnosis detection rate of the control group was 90.00% (90/100), the missed diagnosis rate was 10.00% (10/100), and the diagnosis detection rate of the observation group was 97.00% (97/100), the missed diagnosis rate was 3.00% (3/100). The comparison of the two diagnosis methods showed that the observation group was better than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05); the sonographic characteristics of patients with hepatic hemangioma mainly manifested as strong echo type, mixed echo type and hypoecho type, 150 lesions were detected in total. Conclusion The application effect of color Doppler ultrasound is obvious. It can not only effectively improve the diagnostic accuracy of patients with hepatic hemangioma, but also understand the characteristics of the patients' lesions and provide relevant basis for clinical treatment.
