Abstract:〔Abstract〕 Objective To analyze the diagnostic value of multi-slice spiral computed tomography (CT) oral enterography in patients with small intestinal lesions. Methods 76 patients with suspected small bowel lesions treated in Dongguan Third Bureau Hospital from April 2018 to January 2020 were selected as the research objects. All patients were examined by oral multislice spiral CT enterography. To observe the occurrence of discomfort symptoms after oral meglumine diatrizoate contrast agent; The imaging data and clinical data of patients were analyzed, and the qualitative accuracy and localization accuracy of this method and routine gastrointestinal endoscopy were compared. Results Except 2 cases with slight nausea, all patients did not have significant discomfort symptoms. The localization accuracy of multi-slice spiral CT was 89.5%, which was significantly higher than 75.0% of gastrointestinal endoscopy; The qualitative accuracy of multi-slice spiral CT was 63.2%, which was lower than 78.9% of gastrointestinal endoscopy (P < 0.05). Conclusion Applying multi-slice spiral CT oral enterography in patients with small bowel diseases can effectively improve the localization accuracy of small bowel diseases with less side effects.
