Abstract:〔Abstract〕 Objective To analyze the diagnostic value of computed tomography (CT) and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) in occult tibial plateau fracture (TPOF). Methods 80 patients with TPOF received by Luoyang Orthopedic Hospital of Henan Province from July 2017 to November 2019 were selected as the research objects. They were diagnosed by CT and MRI, and the image definition, detection rate and various indexes were analyzed. Results The image definition of MRI was higher than that of CT (P < 0.05). The detection rate of MRI (98.75%) was higher than that of CT (88.75%), and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). The accuracy of MRI was 98.75%, and that of CT was 87.5%. MRI was superior to CT (P < 0.05). Conclusion In the clinical diagnosis of TPOF patients, the application effect of MRI technology is remarkable. It can directly observe the fracture morphology of patients and provide evidence for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
