Abstract:〔Abstract〕 Objective To study the Curative effect of acupuncture on insomnia and the level of inflammatory factors. Methods 114 patients with insomnia treated in Guangzhou Xinhai Hospital from May 2016 to March 2019 were randomly divided into observation group (acupuncture treatment) and control group (alprazolam tablet treatment), with 57 cases in each group. The sleep quality, inflammatory factor level, total effective rate and adverse reactions of two groups were compared. Results The scores of sleep time, sleep time, daytime dysfunction, sleep disorder and sleep efficiency in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05); There was no significant difference in the levels of interleukin-6 and tumor necrosis factor-α between the two groups before treatment (P > 0.05); After treatment, the levels of interleukin-6 and tumor necrosis factor-α in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05); The total effective rate in the observation group was 98.24%, higher than 87.71% in the control group(P < 0.05); The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 5.26%, lower than 17.54% in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Acupuncture treatment for patients with insomnia can improve sleep quality, reduce the level of inflammatory factors, improve curative effect and avoid adverse reactions.
