〔Abstract〕 Objective To investigate the effect of Bushen Jianpi Recipe combined with moxibustion at Shenque and Zusanli on ovarian function of infertile patients with low prognosis in POSEIDON criteria group 4. Methods 30 patients who met the inclusion criteria were treated with Bushen Jianpi self-made recipe combined with moxibustion at Shenque and Zusanli for 3 months. The differences of TCM syndrome score, anti-Mullerian hormone(AMH), follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH), antral follicle count(AFC) and ovarian volume(OV) were observed before and after treatment. Results Compared with before treatment, TCM syndrome score, sex hormone level, antral follicle count and ovarian volume were significantly improved after treatment (P < 0.05). Conclusion Bushen Jianpi self-made recipe combined with moxibustion at Shenque and Zusanli can significantly improve the clinical symptoms and ovarian function of infertile patients with low prognosis in POSEIDON criteria group 4.
