〔Abstract〕 Objective To explore the application effect of Huangqi Sijunzi decoction combined with rosiglitazone treatment on patients with type 2 diabetes. Methods A review of 80 patients with type 2 diabetes who were admitted to Jiaozuo People’s Hospital from February 2016 to February 2019. According to different treatment Methods, they were divided into a control group (rosiglitazone treatment, 40 cases) and an observation group (Huangqi Sijunzi Decoction combined with rosiglitazone treatment, 40 cases), the treatment effects of the two groups were compared. Results There was no statistically significant difference in blood glucose levels between the two groups of patients before treatment (P > 0.05). After treatment, the blood glucose levels of the two groups of patients were improved to different degrees, and the improvement of the observation group was greater than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05); the comparison of the blood lipid levels of the two groups of patients before treatment was not statistically significant (P > 0.05). After treatment, the blood lipid levels of the two groups were improved to different degrees, and the improvement degrees of the observation group were greater than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion Huangqi Sijunzi decoction combined with rosiglitazone treatment can regulate the glucose and lipid metabolism of patients with type 2 diabetes, and has the effect of reducing blood sugar and lipids.
