〔Abstract〕 Objective To evaluate the application value of Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction combined with western medicine for patients with coronary heart angina. Methods 98 patients with coronin heart callocompatants from March 2019 to March 2019, divided into control group (Western medicine treatment) and observation group (Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction treatment), 49 cases in each group. The treatment effect of two groups patients with coronary heart disease angina were compared. Results The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Before treatment, there was no statistically significant difference in the number of angina pectoris and the duration of angina pectoris between the two groups of patients (P > 0.05); after treatment, the number of angina pectoris and the duration of angina pectoris in the observation group were less than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Before treatment, the total cholesterol (TC), triacylglycerol (TG), low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) and high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) of the two groups of patients were compared, and the difference was not statistically significant (P > 0.05); after treatment, TC, TG, LDL-C of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, and HDL-C was higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion The curative effect of Xuefu Zhuyu decoction combined with western medicine in the treatment of coronary heart disease angina pectoris is excellent.
