〔Abstract〕 Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Jiawei Yupingfeng powder on the treatment of elderly 2 diabetes hyperhidrosis. Methods From Huizhou Zhongkai High-tech Industrial Development Zone Chenjiang Sub-district Community Health Service Center, February 2019 to February 2020, 66 patients with type 2 diabetic sweaty disease were selected, as research object, according to whether Jiawei Yupingfeng powder was applied, the patients were divided into control group (33 cases, conventional treatment) and observation group (33 cases, treated with Jiawei Yupingfeng powder based on conventional treatment), The treatment effects of two groups of patients were compared. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of patients in the observation group was 96.67%, which was higher than 78.78% of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). After treatment of 3 courses CD3+ , CD4+ , CD4+ /CD8+ level of observation group patients were significantly higher than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion Elderly 2 diabetic sweat disease applicable gravids can significantly improve the symptoms of patients, enhance the body's immunity, which is conducive to the control of patients
