〔Abstract〕 Objective To explore the effect of Niuqi Fuzheng injection combined with GP chemotherapy to treat non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Methods Chooses 68 patients with NSCLC in the admission of Henan Province from January 2018 to July 2019, divided into observation group and control group according to the random digital table, and 34 patients. The control group was treated with GP chemotherapy, and the observation group was treated with GP chemotherapy. Two groups of efficacy and CD4+ , CD3+ , CD4+ /CD8+ level before and after treatment were compared. Results The total effective rate of patients in observation group was 70.59% higher than 44.12% of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05); CD4+ , CD3+ , CD4+ /CD8+ level in the first two groups of patients, no statistics (P > 0.05); patients with CD4+ , CD3+ , CD4+ /CD8+ , CD4+ , CD3+ , CD4+ /CD8+ level of observation group were higher than that of the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion GP chemotherapy combined with Shenqi supporting injection of NSCLC is remarkable, and immune functional damage can be reduced.
