Abstract:〔Abstract〕 Objective To explore the value of syndrome differentiation and western medicine for early diabetic nephropathy. Methods 50 patients with early diabetic nephropathy admitted from March 2018 to March 2019 in Liannan Yao Autonomous County People's Hospital were randomly selected, and all patients with type 2 diabetes, which were divided into observation and control groups according to random digital table method with 25 cases each. The control group was given routine symptomatic treatment of the patients, and the observation was given syndrome differentiation combined with western medicine treatment. The overall efficiency of the two groups, the renal function before and after treatment and the proportion of hemoglobin before and after treatment were compared. Results The total treatment efficiency of the observation group was 92.00%, higher than 64.00% of the compared, The differences was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Hbc levels between the first two groups (P > 0.05). Both renal function and hemoglobin glyc in the observation group were better than the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion The clinical treatment effect of syndrome differentiation combined with western medicine for early diabetic nephropathy can effectively improve the renal function index and have good overall control of blood sugar.
