Abstract:〔Abstract〕 Objective To explore the clinical effect of upper limb rehabilitation training system on upper limb functional rehabilitation of patients with hemiplegia. Methods 80 hemiplegic patients who received treatment from Jiaozuo Second People's Hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were selected and divided groups by double-blind method, with 40 cases each in the control group and the observation group. The control group used conventional Methods to perform upper-limb functional rehabilitation exercises, and the observation group added an upper-limb rehabilitation training system based on the care of the control group. The effects of upper-limb functional rehabilitation of the two groups and the quality of life scores of the two groups were compared to determine the best rehabilitation training. Results After different nursing care, the Fugl-Meyer Upper Limb Motor Function Assessment Scale (FMA-UE) scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group at different times after admission, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05); The quality of life of the two groups was evaluated. The quality of life score of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion The application of upper limb rehabilitation training system in the rehabilitation of upper limb function of patients with hemiplegia has a good effect. It can effectively improve the patient's upper limb function and improve the patient's quality of life.
