Abstract:〔Abstract〕 Objective Analyzing and discussing the blood uric acid level and influencing factors of the elderly healthy physical examination population, to provide a valuable reference for future clinical physical examination work. Methods 1,200 elderly people who received health check-ups at Chengdong Community Health Service Center in Duanzhou District, Zhaoqing City from December 2018 to December 2019 were selected. Blood uric acid, fasting blood sugar, total cholesterol, and high-density lipoprotein cholesterol were performed on them. (HDL-C), low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C), triacylglycerol (TG) and other indicators, and measure the gender, age, height, body weight, waist circumference, blood pressure and other levels of the physical examination population. The related factors of elderly hyperuricemia were statistically analyzed. Results Among all the physical examinations, 144 cases of hyperuricemia were detected, the detection rate was 12.0%; the proportion of men was higher than that of women, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05); the same age group was detected with hyperuricemia The rate also showed that there were more men than women, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Elderly men's blood uric acid level was significantly positively correlated with waist circumference, body weight, fasting blood glucose, TG, total cholesterol, and LDL-C levels, and significantly negatively correlated with HDL-C, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Elderly women's blood uric acid levels were significantly positively correlated with their waist circumference, body weight, age, systolic blood pressure, and TG levels, and significantly negatively correlated with HDL-C levels, and the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion The occurrence of hyperuricemia in the elderly is obviously related to factors such as excessive body mass, lipid metabolism, hypertension and other factors. In clinical prevention and treatment, sufficient attention should be paid to it.
