Abstract:〔Abstract〕 Objective To explore the factors affecting the prognosis of patients with thalamic hemorrhage. Methods A total of 345 patients with thalamic hemorrhage admitted to Dongguan People’s Hospital from January 2011 to January 2018 wereelected. According to the Glasgow Outcome Scale (GOS) score of the patients after one month of treatment, they were divided into a good prognosis group with 146 cases and a poor prognosis group with 199 cases. Logistic regression was used to analyze the factors affecting the prognosis of patients with thalamic hemorrhage. Results After univariate analysis showed that, the classification of thalamic hemorrhage, age, admission GCS score, coagulation function, bleeding volume, whether the bleeding broke into the ventricle, and the operation method were important factors affecting the prognosis of patients with thalamic hemorrhage; Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that the anterior thalamus, the medial thalamus, and the posterior thalamus hemorrhage, hemorrhage volume, lateral ventricle drilling and drainage, and stereotactic hematoma emptying were risk factors affecting the prognosis of patients with thalamic hemorrhage. Conclusion Anterior thalamus, medial thalamus, posterior thalamus hemorrhage, bleeding volume, lateral ventricle drilling and drainage, and stereotactic hematoma emptying are risk factors that affect the prognosis of patients with thalamic hemorrhage. Paying more attention to the above factors can improve the rehabilitation effect of patients.
