Abstract:〔Abstract〕 Objective To observe the efficacy of amiodarone and lidocaine in the treatment of acute myocardial infarction with ventricular arrhythmia. Methods A retrospective selection of Luoyang Oriental Hospital between April 2018 and April 2020 were analyzed in 76 cases of the treatment of acute myocardial infarction (mi) and ventricular arrhythmia patients as the research object, according to whether the application of amiodarone and lidocaine medication divided the patients into control group (38 cases: no application, the plan of the given lidocaine treatment) and the observation group (38 cases: The treatment effect was compared between the two groups. Results After medication, QT dispersion in observation group was significantly lower than that in control group, and P-R interval was significantly higher than that in control group, with statistical significance (P < 0.05). The total effective rate of observation group (94.74%) was significantly higher than that of control groupb (73.68 %), the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in observation group (10.53%) was lower than that in control group (28.95 %), the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion The therapeutic effect of amiodarone and lidocaine is better than that of lidocaine in acute myocardial infarction patients with ventricular arrhythmia.
