Abstract:〔Abstract〕 Objective To study the clinical effects of different types of enteral nutritional therapy when treating patients with severe acute pancreatitis. Methods A total of 46 patients with severe acute pancreatitis admitted to Ningxiang People's Hospital from August 2018 to August 2019 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 23 cases in each group. The control group was treated with delayed enteral nutrition, and the observation group was treated with early enteral nutrition. The serum changes, blood and urine amylase recovery time and hospital stay were compared between the two groups. Results The C-reactive protein and tumor necrosis factor of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, and the albumin and total protein were higher than those of the control group. The differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05); the blood and urine amylase recovery time, the length of hospital stay of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion The use of early enteral nutrition therapy can have a more positive impact on the clinical effects of patients with severe acute pancreatitis.
