Abstract:〔Abstract〕 Objective To analyze the clinical effects of using hemodialysis in the treatment of patients with uremic intractable hypertension. Methods Selected 80 patients with uremic intractable hypertension who were in the hemodialysis room of Jiangmen People's Hospital from January 2019 to March 2020 as the research objects, and divided them into two groups for treatment using a random list, the control group and observation group (40 cases in each group). Among them, the observation group chosehemodialysis to treat the patients, the control group chose hemoperfusion to treat the patients, and the clinical curative effects of the two groups of patients were analyzed. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Before treatment, the difference in blood pressure between the two groups of patients was not statistically significant (P > 0.05); after treatment, the systolic and diastolic blood pressure of the two groups were reduced, and the observation group was lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). There were no serious adverse reactions in the two groups of patients, and the difference between the groups was not statistically significant (P > 0.05). Conclusion During the treatment of patients with uremic intractable hypertension, the application of hemodialysis therapy is beneficial to improve the quality of treatment for patients and has a positive effect on the health of patients.
