Abstract:〔Abstract〕 Objective To explore the effect of clinical application of different concentrations of ropivacaine. Methods 100 patients with epidural analgesia treated in Maoming Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from May 2018 to October 2019 were divided into observation group and control group by lot, with 50 cases in each group. The observation group was treated with 0.25% ropivacaine and the control group with 0.50% ropivacaine. The indexes of the two groups were analyzed and compared. Results Before surgery, there was no difference in pain scores between the two groups (P < 0.05). The pain scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group at the same time (P < 0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P < 0.05). The Ramsay Sedation score of the observation group was (4.01 ± 1.21), which was lower than that of the control group (5.36 ± 0.27). The difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion Low concentration (0.25 %) ropivacaine can achieve significant analgesic effect in clinical anesthesia and pain treatment.
