Abstract:〔Abstract〕 Objective To explore the value of 3.0T magnetic resonance (MR) multi-chip technology double inversion recovery(MS-DIR) sequence and contrast enhancement sequence in the diagnosis of knee synovial lesions. Methods A total of 100 patients with knee synovial lesions who were admitted to the second people's hospital of Fujian university of traditional Chinese medicine from June 2018 to June 2021 were selected as the research subjects, and all received 3.0T MR MS-DIR sequence and contrast-enhanced sequence examination using fat suppression T1 enhancement (T1WI–FS–CE) as the gold standard, we analyzed the consistency between the MS–DIR diagnosis of knee synovial lesions and the T1WI–FS–CE diagnosis results Results The Kappa value of T1WI-FS-CE and MS-DIR sequences in the diagnosis of knee synovial lesions is 0.797; the overall quality, image uniformity, synovial details and T1WI-FS-CE sequence comparison of MS-DIR sequence have differences No statistical significance (P > 0.05). Conclusion MS-DIR and T1WI-FS-CE sequence in the diagnosis of knee joint synovial lesions have good consistency and high accuracy, and are equivalent to the T1WI-FS-CE sequence image score, and have a certain valuable degree in the diagnosis of knee synovial lesions.
