〔Abstract〕 Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Luohua Zizhu capsule in the treatment of stage I internal hemorrhoids. Methods 200 patients with stage I hemorrhoids treated in Zunyi first people's Hospital from January 2018 to December 2018 were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 100 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional drugs and the observation group was treated with conventional drugs combined with naked flower Zizhu capsule. The improvement of symptoms and signs and the total effective rate of treatment were compared between the two groups. The disappearance time of anal foreign body feeling, anal distension, anal swelling and pain and other clinical manifestations of the two groups were recorded, The gastrointestinal symptoms and routine abnormalities of hematuria and feces in the two groups were observed. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.0%, higher than 86.0% of the control group (P < 0.05); The disappearance time of anal foreign body sensation, anal distension, anal swelling and pain and intermittent anal bleeding in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group (P < 0.05); There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P > 0.05). Conclusion The effect of Luohua Zizhu capsule in the treatment of patients with stage I internal hemorrhoids is significant, which can promote the improvement and disappearance of patients' symptoms and signs in a short time, accelerate the recovery of patients' condition, and have less adverse reactions.
