〔Abstract〕 Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Longlifu capsule in the treatment of coronary heart disease complicated with chronic heart failure. Methods 134 patients with coronary heart disease complicated with chronic heart failure and syndrome differentiation of qi deficiency and blood stasis in Nanping people's Hospital Affiliated to Fujian University of traditional Chinese medicine from July 2019 to July 2020 were randomly divided into observation group (68 cases) and control group (66 cases). The control group was given standard treatment of chronic heart failure and primary coronary heart disease; The observation group was treated with Longlifu Capsule on the basis of standard treatment in the control group. The clinical efficacy, brain natriuretic peptide (BNP), left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF), 6-min walking test (6MWT) and Minnesota quality of life questionnaire for heart failure (mlhfq) were observed. Results the total effective rate of TCM symptoms in the observation group was 95.52%, higher than 84.85% in the control group (P < 0.05); After treatment, BNP in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and 6MWT was higher than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05); After treatment, the mlhfq score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group (P < 0.05); There were no allergic reactions and related discomfort symptoms in the two groups during the treatment. Conclusion LongLiFu capsule can significantly improve the TCM symptoms of chronic heart failure, improve cardiac function and improve the quality of life.
