Abstract:〔Abstract〕 Objective To study and analyze the clinical application value of intravenous analgesia with dezocine combined with flurbiprofen axetil after orthopedic surgery. Methods A total of 60 orthopedic postoperative patients who underwent general anesthesia in the Affiliated Hospital of Hunan Academy of Traditional Chinese Medicine from November 2018 to January 2020 were selected and randomly divided into two groups, namely the control group (n = 30). ) And the observation group (n = 30). Thirty minutes before the end of the operation, the observation group was treated with fentanyl combined with dezocine, and the control group was treated with fentanyl; after the two groups were awake, the observation group was treated with flurbiprofen axetil plus dezocine, and the control group was treated with fentanyl Ni, statistics and comparison of the analgesic effect and adverse reactions of the two groups of orthopedic postoperative patients. Results The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). The visual analogue scale (VAS) score, Brugman comfort scale (BCS) score and Ramsay sedation score were compared between the two groups of patients at each postoperative time, and there was no significant difference (P > 0.05). Conclusion Dezocine combined with flurbiprofen axetil for intravenous analgesia in orthopedic patients can effectively reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
