Abstract:〔Abstract〕 Objective To investigate the effect of mindfulness stress reduction therapy on anxiety and depression in insomnia patients. Methods From March 1, 2019 to April 31, 2020, 60 patients with insomnia were randomly divided into the control group (30 cases) and the experimental group (30 cases).HAMD score and HAMA score were compared before and after treatment for 8 weeks in both groups. Results before treatment, there was no statistically significant difference between HAMD score and HAMA score in the two groups (P > 0.05). After 8 weeks of treatment, HAMD and HAMA scores in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group, with statistically significant differences (P < 0.05). Conclusion the intervention value of mindfulness-reducing therapy for insomnia patients is high, and can effectively reduce anxiety and depression.
