〔Abstract〕 Objective To explore the effect analysis of micro-video combined with Shenmen acupoint kneading for breast cancer patients undergoing MRI examination. Methods We selected 80 breast cancer patients who underwent MRI examinations from June 2020 to June 2021 in Zhongshan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Guangdong Province, and divided the patients into a control group and an observation group, each with 40 patients according to the principle of equal division. The control group took MRI examination routine care, and the observation group took micro-video combined with Shenmen acupoint kneading method. Results The total satisfaction degree of the observation group was 97.50%, which was higher than 80.00% of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05); after the intervention, the anxiety and depression scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05); The comfort score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion For breast cancer patients undergoing MRI examination, micro-video combined with Shenmen acupoint kneading intervention can effectively improve the patient's negative emotion score and improve patient satisfaction and comfort.
