Abstract:〔Abstract〕 Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of glucocorticoid-assisted treatment of children with mycoplasma pneumoniae lobar pneumonia. Methods A total of 70 children with mycoplasma pneumoniae lobar pneumonia treated in Chuanhui District Maternal and Child Health Care Family Planning Service Center of Zhoukou city from January 2018 to January 2020 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into two groups by numerical random table method, with 35 cases in control group and 35 cases in observation group. The control group received conventional treatment, and the observation group received conventional treatment plus glucocorticoid treatment, and the treatment effect of the two groups was compared. Results The disappearance time of fever, cough relief time, rales disappearance time and hospital stay time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the observation group and the control group (P > 0.05). Conclusion In the clinical treatment of mycoplasma pneumoniae lobar pneumonia in children, the use of glucocorticoid adjuvant therapy can shorten the time of symptom improvement in children, and the drug safety is high.
