Abstract:〔Abstract〕 Objective To explore the clinical value of single hole thoracoscopy and traditional three hole thoracoscopy in the treatment of lung cancer. Methods 54 patients with lung cancer treated in Jieyang people's Hospital from June 2018 to June 2020 were selected. According to the order of patients before and after treatment, they were divided into two groups, 27 cases in the control group and 27 cases in the observation group. The control group was treated with traditional three hole thoracoscopy, and the observation group was treated with single hole thoracoscopy; The effects of different treatment schemes on basic treatment information, postoperative pain and complications were compared. Results there was no significant difference in the number of lymph node dissection, treatment time in hospital and indwelling time of drainage tube between the two groups (P > 0.05); The postoperative pain score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P < 0.05). The incidence of complications in the observation group was 11.11%, which had no significant difference compared with 14.81% in the control group (P > 0.05). Conclusion the therapeutic effect of single hole thoracoscopy for lung cancer is equivalent to that of traditional three hole thoracoscopy, but the degree of pain after single hole thoracoscopy is light and more acceptable to patients, which can be used as the first choice for the treatment of lung cancer.
