Abstract:〔Abstract〕 Objective To explore the effect of anterolateral thigh flap in oral and maxillofacial surgery. Methods 40patients who underwent oral and maxillofacial treatment in Changsha Stomatological Hospital from June 2018 to June 2020 were selected as the research objects, all of them underwent anterolateral thigh flap transplantation and repair, and the clinical treatment effect was analyzed. Results After 40 patients were transplanted with anterolateral thigh flaps, 38 flaps survived completely, accounting for 95.00%. Among them, 35 cases were cured, accounting for 92.10%, 3 cases were ineffective, accounting for 7.79%, including 1 case of necrosis. It accounted for 2.50%. After surgical removal of the necrotic skin, it improved. 2 cases had incision infections, and skin grafts were performed after regular dressing changes. Conclusion The application of anterolateral thigh flap in oral and maxillofacial surgery can increase the survival rate of the flap and improve the quality of life of patients.
