Abstract:〔Abstract〕 Objective To analyze the value of serological examination of renal function in patients with diabetic nephropathy. Methods 30 patients of diabetic nephropathy treated by Dongguan Kanghua Hospital from April 2018 to April 2019 were selected as observation groups, and 25 patients of the same period were selected as control groups. The renal function was examined by serological test and the results were compared. Results The levels of urine microalbumin (mALB), blood creatinine (SCr), and blood urea nitrogen (BUN) were higher than in the control group and were statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion The accuracy of renal function index is relatively high, quite different in non-diabetic nephropathy patients and of high clinical application value.
