Abstract:〔Abstract〕 Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of acupuncture-heat-sensitive moxibustion-medicinal wax hot pressingtriple therapy in the treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy (CSR). Methods A total of 94 CSR patients with wind-colddampness arthralgia syndrome admitted to Gongyi City People's Hospital from March 2019 to May 2020 were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 47 cases in each group. The control group was treated with acupuncture, and the observation group was treated with acupuncture + heat-sensitive moxibustion + hot ironing with medicated wax. Observe the neck joint range of motion score, visual analogue scale (VAS) score, cervical spine dysfunction index (NDI) score, serum tumor necrosis factor (TNF-α), interleukin-1β (IL-1β) ) And interleukin-6 (IL-6) levels to compare the clinical treatment effects of the two groups of patients. Results The total effective rate of patients in the observation group was 95.74%, which was higher than 78.72% in the control group. The difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). After treatment, the neck joint range of motion scores of the two groups of patients were significantly improved, and the VAS score and NDI score were significantly reduced. The improvement of the above indicators in the observation group was better than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05); The serum TNF-α, IL-1β and IL-6 levels of the patients in the group were significantly lower than before treatment, and the observation group was significantly lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05); during the treatment period, there was no adverse effect in the two groups The reaction occurs. Conclusion Acupuncture-heat-sensitive moxibustion-medicinal wax hot pressing triple therapy has a good effect on the treatment of wind-cold-dampness arthralgia syndrome CSR, which can effectively relieve pain index, reduce inflammation, and improve neck joint mobility and cervical spine dysfunction.
