〔Abstract〕 Objective To explore the efficacy of Jianwei Xiaoshi oral liquid combined with Acupoint Application in the treatment of functional dyspepsia in children, and to observe its effect on gastric motility. Methods 87 children with functional dyspepsia treated in Yunyang County Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine from February 2019 to may 2019 were randomly divided into 43 cases in the control group and 44 cases in the observation group. The control group was treated with acupoint application, and the observation group was treated with Jianwei Xiaoshi oral liquid on the basis of the control group. The clinical efficacy and changes of gastric electrical indexes before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results the total effective rate of the observation group was 100.00%, which was significantly higher than 76.74% of the control group (P < 0.05); Before treatment, there was no significant difference in the average frequency, waveform response area and average amplitude of postprandial gastroelectric indexes between the two groups (P > 0.05). After treatment, the above indexes in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Jianwei Xiaoshi oral liquid combined with acupoint application can effectively improve the gastric motility of children and improve the curative effect of children with functional dyspepsia.
