〔Abstract〕 Objective To study the effect of serum albumin in pressure ulcer patients with deficiency of Qi and blood. Methods 45 patients with pressure sore admitted in our hospital from January 2018 to June 2019 were selected as the study group,and 45 patients with Qi deficiency and blood stasis pressure ulcer treated in our hospital at the same time were selected as the control group,observed the serum albumin and hemoglobin levels of the two groups. Results Compared with the control group,the difference was significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion For pressure ulcer patients with deficiency of both qi and blood, serum albumin and hemoglobin can be detected. There is a certain relationship between them. Serum albumin and hemoglobin in patients with deficiency of both qi and blood are relatively low, which can be used as an important way to judge the classification of pressure ulcer, It is conducive to carrying out targeted measures.
