Abstract:〔Abstract〕 Objective To explore a systematic and customized training model for administrators in public hospitals. Methods Fifty administrative staff in Shenzhen Second People's Hospital admitted to a public hospital were selected as the training objects. The six-month customized training was actively carried out. Results After investigation and preparation of training plan in earlier stage,the training was arranged at an orderly manner and got good effect and experience through active participation of administrators, which improved the theory,professional level and comprehensive quality of administrators in the hospital. Conclusion Professional training of administrators is very important and necessary for the development of hospital. Personalized and professional management training should be explored to meet the actual needs of hospital.
