Abstract:〔Abstract〕 Objective To explore the safety and effectiveness of early laparoscopic cholecystectomy (LC) in patients with cholecystolithiasis complicated with acute pancreatitis. Methods The clinical data of 100 patients with cholecystolithiasis complicated with acute pancreatitis admitted to the 900th Hospital of PLA Joint Service Support Force from January 2017 to March 2019 were analyzed retrospectively. According to the operation time, the patients were divided into observation group and control group, with 50 cases in each group. The control group was treated with delayed LC and the observation group with early LC. The general data, operation results and related enzyme detection results of the two groups were compared. Results The operation time, hospitalization expenses, hospitalization days and bleeding amount of patients in the observation group were less than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically signifi cant (P < 0.05). On the 6th day after operation, there was no signifi cant difference in urine amylase, aspartate aminotransferase, alanine aminotransferase and alkaline phosphatase between the two groups (P > 0.05). Conclusion Early LC treatment for patients with cholecystolithiasis complicated with acute pancreatitis is effective and safe.
