Abstract:〔Abstract〕 Objective To evaluate the impact of nursing intervention on reducing the fl uctuation rate of vital signs inter-hospital transportation of critical patients in emergency department. Methods A retrospective study on emergency transit critical patients from July 2016 to June 2018 were selected as the study subjects. We prospectively collected data from 835 patients from 2016 July to 2017 June in emergency department of the fi rst affi liated hospital of Shenzhen university (Shenzhen second people's hospital) as control group, and 852 emergency critical patients in hospital from July 2017 to June 2018 as intervention group. The ratio of fl uctuation of vital signs > 20% and the incidence of accidents were compared between the two groups. Results The proportion of fl uctuation of vital signs > 20%: the intervention group was 7.16% less than 10.18% in the control group, the difference was statistically signifi cant (P < 0.05); the incidence of accidents in the intervention group was 0.70% less than 1.19% in the control group, the difference was not statistically signifi cant (P > 0.05). Conclusion Nursing intervention for the hospital transport in emergency critical patients is conducive to maintaining the stability of the patient's vital signs and reducing the occurrence of accidents.
