Abstract:〔Abstract〕 Objective To explore the effect of warm acupuncture in the spleen and stomach meridian in the treatment of subhealth. Methods 131 sub-healthy patients admitted to Shenzhen Baoxing Hospital from 2012 to 2018 were randomly divided into observation group (66 cases) and control group (65 cases). The observation group selected the main points: ST36, ST37, ST39, and GB34, combined with SP6 and RN6, and warmed the spleen and stomach meridian with warm acupuncture, once a day or every other day, ten times as a course of treatment; The control group was orally administered with oryzanol, 20 mg one time, three times a day for ten days as a course of treatment; both groups were treated for four courses, and the effi cacy after each course of treatment was observed. Results There was no statistically signifi cant difference between the cure rate and effective rate of the fi rst course of treatment between the two groups of patients (P > 0.05). Compared with the second, third, and fourth courses, the observation group was better than the control group, and the difference was statistically signifi cant (P < 0.05). Compared with different treatment courses in the observation group, the cure rate has increased to varying degrees, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion The method of warming acupuncture of the spleen and stomach can be used to treat the sub-health type of spleen and stomach yang defi ciency. The more treatments, the better the effect.
